Ten years ago, Tiffany N Company Academy of Dance was built on nothing more than faith, determination, and the belief that every child deserves a place where they can grow, belong, and discover their greatness.

Our founder, Tiffany Hargrett, knows firsthand what it means to overcome adversity. From experiencing homelessness to building one of New Jersey's most respected competitive dance programs, her journey is proof that circumstances do not determine your destiny. Through unwavering faith, relentless hard work, and a passion for changing lives, Tiffany turned a dream into a movement.

Today, Tiffany N Company Academy of Dance proudly celebrates 10 years of excellence, impacting hundreds of dancers and families while creating a legacy that extends far beyond the stage. At TCAD, winning trophies has never been our only goal.

We put children first. Every decision we make begins with one question:

"What's best for our dancers?" We believe in developing developing great performers. We teach discipline, accountability, respect, resilience, teamwork, leadership, and the understanding that excellence is earned—not given. Our dancers are challenged to become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally while learning life lessons that will stay with them long after they leave the dance floor.
